PROCEDURES FOR TRADE BUSINESS

Buyer issues ICPO/LOI to seller M/S Smart Xs Consultant Sdn. Bhd. with complete Buyer's details / Profile and Bank details;

Seller Issues Sales and purchase Contract and Pro-forma Invoice Draft to be reviewed by the Buyers;

The buyer returns the final Sales and Purchase Contract (S&P Contract) duly signed and sealed via email in PDF format and Hardcopy is sent by a 1st class courier service company,

Buyer will then, within 1-2 days after signing the S&P Contract and Pro-Forma Invoice, Buyer will issue Bank Instrument "Irrevocable, Transferable, Assignable and Divisible" SBLC/DLC/BG for one month's shipment value valid for whole Contract period;

Upon BG confirmation, Seller will start do the shipment, each shipment Seller issue the following documents to Buyer for CASH Payment by TT/Wire Transfer (Bank Swift MT103 or PAY ORDER MT103/23):
c. Charter Party Agreement;
d. Title Transferred Letter;
e. Certificate(s) of Quantity and Quality issued by SGS or Equivalent;
f. Certificate of Origin;

Upon Verification of Commercial Invoice, SGS Certificate and above document, Buyer make payment by CASH/MT103 wire transfer to seller or if buyer fail to make the payment then Seller will cash out the Bank guarantee as per agreed in Sales and Purchase agreement;

Upon Payment receive, the seller immediately Transfer the Title to the Buyer's name and gives ETA (Estimate time of Arrival) of the Vessel to Buyer;
